Many subdivision driveways were installed fast with a thin base. After a decade or two, it shows: dips, puddles and pavers that rock. We lift the problem area, rebuild and compact the base and reset level.
Retention-pond and low-lot drainage
Lots that back up to ponds and wetlands stay wet, and pavers near the back of the pool deck or along the side yard settle. We reset them and correct slope where possible.

A sagging builder driveway rarely needs replacing. Resetting the failed sections on a proper base and sealing the whole surface costs much less, and it lasts. If a section is beyond repair, we’ll tell you plainly.
Choosing a Finish
Choose a natural matte look or a wet look that brings out color. Pool decks and travertine get matte by default. Colored joint sand is an upgrade. We never use polymeric sand.
